Lunch Bunch is Christ Church’s outreach ministry to feed hungry children who live in public housing in Valdosta, GA. It meets every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 11 a.m. in the parish hall kitchen. Volunteers assemble a sack lunch typically consisting of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, fruit cup, protein bar, and juice. The sack lunches are taken to a community building in the housing development where a city staff member distributes them to the children.
