This year the Emory Medical Team will be returning to Valdosta, and serving food Sunday – May 19th, Monday – May 20th, Tuesday – May 21st, and Wednesday – May 22nd. Christ Episcopal Church will be providing food on Tue. May 21st and Wed. May 22nd. Christ the King will be hosting their visit and are asking us and St Barnabas to help feed approximately 100 people each night. That’s A LOT of food.
If you can provide a dish please call Pat Denmark, 229.251.4964 or E-mail her at lalalu43@yahoo.com. If you are unable to deliver your goodie to Christ the King, you can drop it off at church between 2: 45 – 3:15. Pat will take them to Christ the King.
This is a wonderful outreach opportunity to serve the students and the migrant community as well as work with our sister churches.

For those kind enough to provide a dish for the Emory Medical Outreach program.
ALL food is to be in disposable containers so ALL leftovers can be taken to the fields to be shared.
CLEARLY MARK each dish with the contents.
Vegan and vegetable dishes are appreciated and please MARK THEM AS SUCH
Dishes are to be ready to serve (i.e. hot or cold) and to be delivered by 3:30.
Please plan to stay and help if possible. Meeting these young students is fun and interesting.
